  • Who you are — company and which product or project this is about
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • When it started, and whether it's blocking your work right now
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if there's something to see

How we handle it.

We aim to reply within one business day, and faster when something is actively blocking your work. You'll hear from a person who can act on it, not a queue. If your contract sets specific support terms, those terms apply over anything stated here.
